Before i purchase FHM

Post by HardcoreNordiques »

Hi, i'm new and before i purchase FHM, i have a few questions.

- I'm a hardcore fan of my beloved Nordiques, and i wanna know if you manage the '72 Nordiques in the World Hockey Association. Does the Nordiques survive the fusion between NHL and WHA.
- Do you have the option to stay with the name Quebec Nordiques in the season 1995-96.

THANK A LOT fo your answers !!!

Welcome to The Blue Line! :-)

1. At the moment, if you're coaching the Nordiques when the WHA closes down, you lose your job. However, you can then just take control of the NHL Nordiques. In the future, the devs plan to make it so that the team just moves over, but at the moment there are technically two teams.

2. I can't remember for sure, but I thought you could prevent teams folding, etc via a setting when you start the game. However, I might be wrong and it might not have made it into the game yet. Perhaps somebody else can confirm.

There is no demo. I'm not sure how long you have, but I do know they offer a refund if desired for the first bit after purchase (2 weeks maybe? I can't remember)

Yeah, it's either a 14 or 30 day refund. Best err on the side of caution and assume it's 14 days.

At this stage, the decision whether or not to purchase depends on whether you see this as kind of like a Kickstarter campaign where you're essentially giving money to secure development. As things stand, the game is not really playable. But the upcoming patch(es) do sound promising.

If you do choose to purchase, please use this link because 10% of the price will go towards TBL's server fees.

IMHO there is no confrontation: EHM is still light years ahead. That said, FHM has tremendously improved since its birth, so we'll see what happens.
