Roster installation?

Yeah, so getting back into EHM 2007 again. WOOOO

BUT, I forget how to update the rosters... so, could someone direct me to the most recent roster update aswell as how to install it? Thanks!

Installation is as per the readme.txt file:

Extract the ZIP file to "\NHL Eastside Hockey Manager 2007\data\database\"

This will place the database files in "\NHL Eastside Hockey Manager 2007\data\database\TBL Rosters v6.3"

When starting a new game in EHM you will be presented with the option to choose which database to use. Select "TBL Rosters v6.3" to use the updated database and click on OK.

I'm surprised you couldn't find the Rosters given you were directed to them earlier (all you had to do was click on Rosters and the most recent were at the top/plainly visible)...and the Read Me was created to answer questions like how to install - maybe there's a language issue or something else, but it doesn't seem like you're trying to do much for yourself

I think I'm missing something, I have the database and the CSD patch and all, but the game crashes when I go to start a game (After selecting leagues and start date). I tried TBL Rosters v6.2 and the same thing happened, I'm not sure what's happening here, it wasn't this complicated and frustrating last time I did this. -.- Also ran the game, then applyed the CSD patch and got error message v3.0.4 fin_suomi.cpp 1333

I'm not aware of any issue with 6.3 crashing like you describe (the crash after selecting leagues/start date was a known issue of 6.2 and 6.3 was created to fix the problem you describe)...are you using 6.3? Have you edited the DB at all?

I did a search of "v3.0.4 fin_suomi.cpp 1333" and multiple references came up...I didn't read them, but I suspect if you did you'd get some help

I haven't, in fact I reapplied the 6.3 database, and just the same error, I try searching that error, and maybe a few other things I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually.

I'm sure it's nothing new, I'm probably just missing something, or did something wrong and haven't figured out what.

**EDIT** I figured out that just selecting NHL at the league select screen it works (I just started Sept 4th, so we'll see how that goes)

Did you follow the guidance in the readme and on the download page? I.e. that you must select the earliest possible start date from the leagues selected.

Also, are you using the cracked version?

Nope, eLicense version, and I have selected the earliest possible start date (I've stopped selecting Euro leagues so the earliest start date I get is sept 4th for NA) But it seems to work with just NHL selected, so I'm fine with that unless something goes wrong in the future!
