Liles was only one of them. Biggest miss is Jarome Iginla, i don't know why i missed out on him.
I'm working on the missing ones, and the few wrong Birthdates (when i cropped the pics photoshop deleted all characters over 30 for mac users). Thought i found them all.

I will release a Version 1.1 if they are ready.

Also i'm hoping to get a few actionshots of preseason games for guys in their new team sweaters.
I found some and put them in, but most of the teams don't have much photo-coverage of preseason games....
Just a question here: is Hendrik Lundqvist also missing??

This isnt a rant....its just to make sure...

I tried them out last night after the race and they really look incredible!!!

Simply ausgezeichnet, mein Freund!!! :joy: :-D

Hey I made a Liles one and also updated Theodore's with a new mask, and made one for Avs rookie Paul Stastny. So if you can tell me how I can get those to you, i will.

Oh, also I made a new one for my favorite player, Chris Drury, because you made him canadian ;)

I've been in contact with someone that takes photos at Manchester Phoenix games and they said I could use their photos for a facepack :joy:

Hehehehe, vielen Dank mein Herr :-D

Sometimes the dates shift in the DB. I've been talking with Graeme and Phil about this during testing. It is especially an issue for staff members. The Big G had some ideas but they couldn't be done until patch time and I doubt it will make the quick-patch but SI has surprised me before so if it goes in I'll let you know

Just a thing: I have put my players pictures from EHM05 in the 07 game.....I suppose I just have to say yes when the PC asks me that the file I try to put in the folder does already exist, right??
This was a tough decision for me but I've decided that we needed to switch player pictures to .jpgs (now that a bug realting to their display was cleared up in testing) to save users download time and drive space as well as saving TBL buckets of bandwith.

I haven't had a chance to test it out yet but in EHM2005 the game prefered it's own .ehg/.png format over .jpg so there is a possibility that you'll have to remove those files to get the 2007 cards to show. It's a bit of a hassle but I felt the tradeoffs were well worth it:

.png files get very large very fast so just for one card the difference can easily be 150k for basically the same image quality. So we just added 500 cards which average about 30k each and you don't need to be a math major to see the savings in download time and bandwith when multiplied by the number of downloads these popular projects draw. So I hope people understand
Does EHM2007 recognize jpeg files? I dropped one of the new cards into the game and it did not show up. I removed the corresponding 2005 card so that one did not exist for the player.

Yes, they've been tested. You may be having a date problem with the card you chose, see if the file name date matches the date displayed on the the players profile. As I see you are a fellow Badger (I went to UW Madison  ), keep in mind that the file dates are "backwards" from the US standard, in that they are date_month_year instead of month_date_year.

That can be a point of confusion especially for people born in the first 12 days of the month  June 2 = 2_6 for EHM file named not 6_2.

Oh, and BTW no need to sign posts, we know they're from you ;)

I am also a Badger (UW_Madison Class of 90) and live just outside Madison. I will take a closer look at the files. BTW, was the EHM2005 face pack ever completed? I am currently using those cards and really like them as well.

P.S. I can't wait for college hockey season to start. It will be fun to see how Bucky does this year in defense of their national championship.

No, he's there.

His date is incorrect.

Just add a 2 to the end of the file name.

For those of you who have downloaded the NHL A-O set already there is an update pack available to update you to add the new and changed cards that D88 recently released. Almost 100 cards! You'll want to download the update file to save yourself download time and then just copy over the older versions.

Speaking of copying over old files I've put together something to help people retain the default EHM 2007 pictures but have them as .jpgs like our new 2007 cards. This saves you 22+ meg of space on your hard drive! Delete the default .ehg pictures that came with the game and copy these .jpg version to your players folder instead!

http://www.ehmtheblueline.com/forums/dl ... ile_id=238

Since this will make all your player pictures .jpgs your system will allow you to overwrite these default pictures as we release TBL 07 style cards but until we do you will still have the basic pictures for these players that were included with the game.

Note: if you have already downloaded the A-O set move those cards to a different folder, THEN copy in these new .jpg versions into your players folder. After these reworked default pics are in your players folder then copy the A-O set back into your player folder and replace any files with the same name with the TBL 2007 versions. That will be the last you'll need to deal with the .ehg vs .jpg problem :joy:

As we release more and more cards for 2007 the file names will be the same as these default versions so they will be automatically updated by simply replacing those images with any downloaded cards. Hope that helps some people out :nerd:

You can also remove the .ehg, copy the .jpg in the folder, and ask to NOT overwrite when the names are the same... ;)

Yes, you could but if you did it in that way you would retain the default .jpg pics instead of the TBL 2007 versions and you also wouldn't have any of the updated files from the update set so I'm not quite sure why you want to :-? The way you describe you would be retaining the old 2007 non-updated cards and disregarding the updates. That's why if you already have the 2007 sets you should:

Empty folder, add default .jpg versions, then overwrite the files that have already been updated with 2007 cards, then copy in the v1.1 updated cards to get the proper TBL cards in your game.

I meant to not overwrite when you put the original pics AFTER you already had put the TBL versions...;) Sorry if it wasn't that clear...

Eh, that was probably my bad as I saw/heard three packs in my head when trying to explain it but may have made it sound like I was only talking about two

Time to start your Download Engines!!!

TBL "2007" Style NHL Cards P-Z are now available only here at TBL.

With a little help from archibalduk we were able to but this together, though we hadn't a lot of time last weeks.

This Pack contains 201 Cards. Now every Player on the default SI-NHL Roster has a Card. :-p
I tested them all in my Game and hopefully deleted all errors. (dob, spelling etc.)

There will be an Update File again at the End of the Month for Cards i don't like anymore or Players with new Uniforms.
Espacially Anaheim and Buffalo got new Jerseys, so i tried to give them their new style. There are about 70 Players that have Actionshots with their "old" Jersey. I'll try to complete this issue.

My Draft 2006 Facepack is nearly done, but i'll wait with the release, cause many College Players don't have their "real" Name at the Moment. So i will release this pack when the first Unfaking Version is done. ;)

BTW: Thanks for all the Compliments, it's always good to hear that someone is respecting other Guys hard work! :joy:

Another 200+ cards... no problem! :nerd: Devils88 you  you rock so hard there aren't strong enough adjectives to cover it.

Seriously people, you'll have no idea how much of a time investment this project entails until you actually process a few cards yourself (template available now!). Those of us that have though have an ever greater persepective on how really amazing the number of cards our Resident Cardsmith has pulled together over the past couple of years is. With the new version not having any NHL pics it makes the project all that much sweeter this time around. :notworthy:
