I am not sure you can at the moment. I think you have to wait for the Editor to come out. I could be wrong though so don't quote me on that.

Yes, first you need to create yourself using an editor. Then you can create a face picture for your player.

Though, you could add your picture to the players folder, and give it a name/DOB of a player already in the game(like a regen player).
