I've had issues trying to get my license registered too as I get the -11 error. Would love to play this again as FHM was not as fun to me. Help? I emailed a few months ago no reply, trying again. I have the original receipt. Thanks.

A -11 error means a connection error (there is a list of errors here). It typically means that the eLicense software is unable to connect to the server. Have you got any anti-virus or firewall software running? If so, temporarily disable it. Also, try running EHM as admin (using the "Run as Admin" setting).

You mention that you emailed eLicense. Do you mean that you completed their online form? If not, then you should try doing that if you're still having problems. They're usually very good at responding. Here's their support form: http://www.elicense.com/support-form.aspx

It may sound a bit naive but what will happen if you just replace the ehm2007.exe file on the laptop with the one from your desktop pc??

So long as they're both the same version (e.g. they're both patched to v3.0.4) then it'll work fine. Although if you haven't activated the game on your laptop then you'll find that it'll run in demo mode. The licence isn't attached to the exe but rather it is installed into Windows itself.

Hey guys. Long-time EHM fan, first time poster.

I got the game back in '06 or something, and a couple of years ago, my PC went caput. I have tried the supplied support link above ( http://www.elicense.com/support-form.aspx ) a handful of times (maybe once a month for a few months) and have never received a reply. I'd rather not buy the game all over again, since I have certainly already paid, but I'm itching to play really badly. Any suggestions? I'm pretty sure that halfway through this season, I'll break down and actually purchase it again, but I'd rather not have to do so.

Thanks in advance.

All we can suggest is trying eLicense again. They're usually pretty quick at responding.

I have the same issue as Kendo, I filled out the form, and am I to not expect a response, seeing as he hasn't for an extended period of time? Is there an alternative to the support form?

How long does it usually take to hear back from them? I sent a request yesterday and hadn't heard anything yet. I guess I should be a little more patient after seeing that Stealth went 8 days without hearing from them. Darn, I've been itching to pick up my challenge game on the new work PC.

So I just sent eLicense another request. You'd think they'd at least send some sort of email confirming that they got your request.

Hmmm from what you and others have said in this thread over recent months, it sounds like they're getting much slower at responding. I hate how we're at the mercy of a licensing company as to whether we can play a game we've legitimately purchased. :-(

Perhaps there is something up with their forum. It might we worth trying to send your request to them in an email: support@elicense.com

I went through their web form to send my support request. I just sent another request this morning. If I don't hear back in a couple days, I'm going to give that email address another try.

So I decided to just email their support, as you suggested. It was clear that I wasn't getting anywhere with their support request web form. Within an hour I got an acknowledgement that they received my email and was given a ticket number. Sure, this was automated but at least it's something. It's more than I got from the web form. Let's hope this gets my issue resolved.

And since getting that auto-reply email with a ticket number, I still haven't heard anything back. I officially hate eLicense. They really don't want me to play EHM anymore.

My wife just gets annoyed with me and games/electronics in general. She says I'm always on something... my phone, my Kindle, or my computer. For some reason she doesn't get as bothered by EHM and TBL.
