How can I see scouts' ratings of players?

How can I see scouts' ratings of players?
I can't see any attribute/potential/recommendation stars anywhere, even though it was referenced when setting up scout assignments. Am I having some sort of bug or am I just lost in the UI?

Go the player's profile screen and click on the Scout Report button. You'll see all of the various ratings there.
