About making a player learn a new position: is "Accomplish" as high as he'll get?
Can he ever get to "Natural" status for that new position?

This question might have been asked already and I'm sorry if it was but what schedule should I put an injured player on? Resting? Fitness?

How can I get a few players player to learn different positions? I went to practice then to "general" then learn position but I don't want the whole team to learn positions.

train em in new position in practice and play them there for fairly meaningful minutes in games. Their adaptability will help determine whether they are willing and able to learn the new position and their ability to actually learn it (how far they will go....just unconvincing competent or accomplished

YOu can change any of the other schedules not just the new position one to allow for positional training.

Maybe they need to add the option of new schedules because you might have a center who needs to work on defensive skills and learn right wing and a left winger who needs to work on shooting and play right wing.

Just send them to different training programs and set it up as you want? Don't have them all in General, it's actually really easy and straight forward to set up...

I'll try that. If they get to accomplished do I need to keep training them in that position?

LOL. Nice Peter, pretty sure that was what I was saying. ANyway.....if not at highest level possible for a position and you want them to be there...you need to train them at that position and play them there. Like I said. And if 10 slots for training programs is not enough....boy wow.

I asked about tactics and it's now for a practice. Does anybody loaded a practice file in EHM:EA saved before in EHM2007? Is it compatible?

Hi to all.
Playing EHM: EA. Started with Blues. Reached conference final at first year, and won the cup during the second one.
After second season huge problem - whole team is tired and conditions about 60%. Placed everyone on "resting" - no improvement. Everyone is tired. It is mid of August already, what I have to do?

Wait. The condition always is below 65 in August. It will improve, just set the guys on general training.

Your players are laying on the beach drinking beer. They'll get back in shape by the new season. :-D

No Tasku...that is what those guys did in July. In August they are trying to get into shape. I put them all intense practice all the way through to 7 days before camp. Work them to death. I once had a guy (who had no hope of ever playing for me) down to 15% conditioning. Miraculously 5 days later was back to 100.

Are players going to be negatively affected if I just leave them on general training for the whole season?

Depends on the player and the coaches. No one answer for everyone in this game. My guess is many will be.

So, what is the best skating coach? What attributes and technique is best? I thought it would be technical but I'm not sure if general or conditioning is better for a skating coach. What are the most important attributes also? I'm guessing close to conditioning. Level of discipline and motivating then coaching attributes? Always with determination and man management. Any thoughts?

You should read the guide all of that stuff is there. I tend to use general coaches in skating though.

For me because teams usually run my tactics, not the coach...the tactics one is VERY important. Sounds counterintuitive I know...but if a coach has no tactical skill....it is not exactly me out there on the bench with the dots teaching them my systems. :)

Also coaching the positions is very important.

Other ones...as long as they are mostly green I am good with them.
