The Slippers and their manager, Visualdarkness, are the winners of this year's Minstrel Memorial Cup, our fantasy league.
It was their strong goaltending that led to them beating the Black Bears FHC in the final matchup.

Congrats! =D>

My WestCan Canucks faltered down the stretch (especially Lehtonen) and injuries hurt too (Kane, Simmonds and Tarasenko).
While I was pleased to finish second (regular season) it did feel the team was doing it with smoke and mirrors at times...
In the end I not only lost my semifinal matchup, but I lost to Corinthians (for the 3rd time this year) in the final/consolation game

I had fun! enjoyed participating :-) looking forward to next year!
