Search staff (go through scouting tab)...you will see staff search. There you will find a bundle. I always specify attributes I am looking for (Coaching F,D,G, tactics, man management, discipline, determination being huge to me...if you are not coaching yourself---then you need someone who is good with Judging talent and potential as well). Do you want technical coach, conditioning or general? What philosophies do you want? Offensive? Defensive? Check each coach to see what he does and likes to do. Make sure he matches with your team make up and what they need as a leader.
