Ok, it's like I said. RFAs in KHL can't be signed by other teams. Riz is aware of this problem and I'm sure it will be fixed soon. And for the 2) AFAIK there is the same bug playing in the NHL.

Metallurg Novokuznetsk has signed Orlov. :( His last team was SKA. So it's not about RFA. It's bug...

I told you 100 times that Riz is aware, be patient, I'm sure that it will be fixed. The KHL is a very complicated league, only the NHL is more complicated I think and of course the NHL takes priority.
