Like the title said, how do I make facepacks?

Player face images should be in PNG format and 157px wide x 200px tall. Personally I use GIMP to create images (it's free): http://www.gimp.org/
If you're going for the cut-out style of image: If the head takes up the full 200px then it can look a bit cramped in-game. Most packs I have seen created by users leave the top 4px of the image blank/transparent so that the top of head isn't too close to other elements on the screen.Player Pictures
All files belong in \data\pictures\players. There should not be any sub-folders in the players folder.
The file name should be as follows: player_name_dd_mm_yyyy. E.g. Alexander_Ovechkin_17_9_1985.png
