Random players are scoring more than all star players ?

Hey everybody

In my last season, Pacioretty finished 1st scorer of the league with a total of 96 points. He had 50 goals. Also, Gallagher had more points than Crosby in the same amount of matchs.

I don't think it's normal, do you ?

Were you managing the Habs? How many places are you going to post this? I am guessing..3 ... because that is your number of posts. No need for a thread for this, could just go in the sim results section as a question there.

Gracias--when you manage a team that team often gets a bit of an advantage from you running it, and doing things a bit differently than the AI....so you cannot really say that it is "weird" that he won it. Jamie Benn won it this year with what 96 points? So seems bang on to me....just a different player.

Oh, and for proof that when you manage a team strange things happen? My Flyers challenge team, where Steve Mason won the Vezina all 4 years, and the team won 4 STanley Cups, and Craig Berube was fired after winning 2 Jack ADams awards (Fired him the day after he got the 2nd one).

So yeah...the way to tell if things are good or not is to sim a season without running a team, and then go form there. The numbers I see are fairly realistic. I just simmed a season, and other than the fact that the Stanley Cup Final was Florida-Minnesota.....the player numbers are good.

Seguin and Crosby tie for Art Ross with 88 points
Pavelski led league with 41 goals

Vezina nominees-Rask, Quick, Lundquist.

Top d men in scoring Keith 51, karlsson 48, Pietrangelo 47

So not 100% perfect but pretty darn good.

Paveski winning goal trophy may be odd, but the next three were Seguin, Ovechkin, Crosby

Assist leaders-Getzlaff, Benn, RNH, Crosby, Thornton, Malkin,

You're right, those numbers looks realistic. It's just that 50 goals seems like a lot for Pacioretty.
