Bugs & Crashes in EHM 1

Has anyone tried to print to text file? I've been trying to print roster file through Actions -> Print -> Roster, but the generated text file is blank without any roster information. Don't know if this is something that one would call a bug, but certainly not working for me. And also, if there's another way of doing this (in the same manner, roster of team one by one) I'd appreciate the guidance to the right direction!

Same issue here, the .txt file would be generated but would be empty ( roster, stats, etc ... ) . It works for schedules though.
Would appreciate any advice from EHM experts.

Noticed something that was present in 2007 at times, but not nearly so extreme.

After one season, in the next offseason in July, I have maybe half my staff (3 assistants, a physio, and like 7 scouts) all "shock" retiring in a week or two span. This includes 3 or 4 guys that have been employed for all of 2 or 3 months. All of the guys who retired had not been with the org at game start, so they were on less than a year before retiring. Ages varied wildly from 40's to 60's. The scouts in particular hurt, they're not exactly replaceable from the pool yet.

Something maybe needs to be put in place to stop such a mass exodus of staff who have not even been on a calendar year yet. 3 - 5 would not be terrible, but man... we're into double-digits. It should be highly unlikely that a guy signs a 5- or 6-year deal then retires after only one.

How old were these guys? if they are over 60, it is not a shock retirement. Have to plan staff aging for future as well. I always avoid hiring guys over age 55.

For some reason, my game keeps crashing on July 1st 2019. Is this a common problem?

As I said, ages varied from 40 to 60-something.

Actually after I posted, I had 2 more scouts go, one in their 40's and another in their 50's. It seems like fairly excessive turnover. I'm finally past it all now. I hired younger scouts when/where I could so we'll see next offseason,

No doubt that is. Weird. Never seen that happen, but of course I have never played in the ECHL.

Chicago just put Patrick Kane on waivers after trying to put Hossa and Seabrook on the block but not getting good enough offers.... and yet hangs on to Brad Richards (making $3m) and Bryan Bickell ($4m) and has not attempted to move either of them.

I know 2007 was weird at times with this stuff, but I *never* saw a player of Patrick Kane's caliber just tossed onto waivers for purely financial reasons. With him, Toews, Hossa, Sharp, Keith, Seabrook, and Crawford, it's easy to see why they're in a financial quandry, but c'mon... especially after signing Andy Green and Jonathan Ericsson and UFA's. I thin Hossa once got tossed aside in 2007 to keep the rest of the gang together, but that' about it.

Although I guess, Jay Feaster *is* running the show in CHI in the game now, I see, so.... no, no. Even then, no Patty Kane on waivers.

I had a bug yesterday which only appeared this one time:

I follow the games on "Highlights: None" and the fastest speed, keeping an eye only on the score sheet. I got a 2 minutes 5on3 PP starting pretty much with the first puck drop. When the penalty minutes ran out, my team still scored PP goals on the scoresheet. After all, I am sure my team was on the PP for the WHOLE GAME.

I won 6-0 and went 6/6 on the PP but never had another "Power Play"-timer next to the score in the top-middle.

I've never tried to print anything myself, and don't really recall any posts about if it works/how to do it, sorry

When looking at minor leagues around the world, the stats columns are off. They have the team names listed twice under "Team" and "Position" which puts all other stats in the wrong spot. They have positions under GP. GP under goals, goals under assists. ect.

Hi!

I'm playing in the Swedish SHL and i'm on my 5th season.

Well, from season 3 I have wanted to go somewhere else, NHL, KHL, AHL or a junior league. However, I never get signed.
I have won 3 straight seasons and i'm on my way to win my 4th. In the beginning of a season I'm always ranked 60-90 in the world, as the season goes I come up to about rank 32 as highest,
but when the playoffs start I suddenly just lose rank game by game even though I am winning, until like rank 50.. However, when I finally win the SHL, the day after I suddenly fall down to rank 90 and that has been the fact for 4 seasons now. Seems as if I'm stuck and I don´t even get to coach junior teams when i'm an overall 32 coach.

I won the first game of the series in OT, now it says the same for all games in the series even when I don't win the game. You can see the Sabres - Bruins series is wrong too.

Minor presentation bug: I was assigning scouts to leagues and when I changed the continent to Europe and then to the countries, the country list doesn't show up unless you move the cursor up & down the list and you can't scroll the list up and down so the first individual countries cannot be selected I think Croatia was the first visible.

Average ice time rankings are messed up. For example they have Chara ranked #2 in ATIO at 25:19 when there are countless guys averaging more ice time than him. Such as Suter ranked #16 with 25:25. All the other stats seem to go in the correct order but not ATIO.

I don't see this mentioned anywhere, unless both penalties occur at the same time (which they usually do) 5 on 3 penalty timing is incorrect. If a goal is scored at 5 on 3 the penalty clock will not reset to the second penalty, you will only get two minutes of powerplay time for both penalties.

I've encountered an issue in my second season of the game (I haven't played in between the last couple of updates coming out), wherein if one of my players becomes injured, they either: (a) do not show up on the active roster but still remain on their 'line', and cannot be removed, or, (b) I can see them on the roster and put them on IR, but they still cannot be removed from their 'line'.

This issue renders the game literally unplayable when one of my goalies is injured, due to the fact that he can't play injured. Please let me know if anyone else has had a similar issue or if there are any current fixes for this. Thanks!

Firts time I hear this one. Are you making sure that the player is undressed when on your team's roster screen ?

If I click on the 'G' icon (my injured player is a goalie), it doesn't do anything, unfortunately.

I finished dead last (by a wide margin, because my team is awful of course) in my NJ Devils team-from-scratch game. Draft Lottery time comes and... Columbus wins the Lottery.

That's ok. It's a lottery. That's the whole poi--- HEY WAIT A MINUTE. WHAT DO YOU MEAN THE LOTTERY BUMPED ME DOWN ALL THE WAY TO 23RD OVERALL?! I WENT 5-69-8!!!!

It's 23rd place for every round, not just the 1st. So now I am faced with a) giving up on a game I've put a season into already, b) cheating to somehow right it, or c) pretending it's right and rolling with it.

If I could ever get my webhosting and domain to work, I'd throw up a screenie. But my domain is broken at the moment and my admin is working on it.

A thought occurred to me just now: did... did I get dinged for being under the salary floor so much? Maybe it's not a bug, but a feature? Is that something the game is capable of? I'm only at like $37m for my roster at season's end.

Don't think so bud, I'm way below the cap and all my draft picks were exactly where they should be. Unless it's tied to you being 1st but losing the lottery.

On another note - Don't think I've posted this but the Board fails to arrange pre-season games even though the option is ticked.

I'm not sure if it's been reported yet or not, but when viewing a game, clicking on the tab for the view you are currently looking at clicks behind it. For example, if you're in the game view, and click on the game view tab, it will open up the away team's roster.
