I've been working on making team backgrounds for all 30 NHL Teams.
I cant find anywhere to change the front office and tactics screen backgrounds.
Does anyone know how?

I'm not sure about the tactics screen, but in EHM 2007 the front office screen is changed via the appropriate Skins folder. Such as: \NHL Eastside Hockey Manager 2007\data\skins\ehm_default\background\office.png. It might well be that one of the other background images in that folder affects the tactics screen.
However, in EHM:EA the backgrounds have been hardcoded (not sure why). So you won't find the background subfolder within any of the skins folders. I wonder what happens if you add the background subfolder to a skins folder in EHM:EA - i.e. whether this might allow for some customised backgrounds.
