Some hockeyplayers I've been playing around with. Or should we just call them dots. Dots with two different looks.
Not really a big deal from the already downloadable ones other that they have helmets on.
Some has totally white helmets, and a short stripe on shoulders.
Other has dots/stripes on their helmets, with longer stripes on their shoulders.(Can look a little messy maybe.)
I even have some of both that are even slimmer. But they look kind of weird.
Like anorexic hockeyplayers, which I've never heard of, so I won't show them. Looks like they're playing in T-shirts without any gear on, which is ridiculous.
From what I'm aware of, the interest in these small dots isn't the greatest, i still felt like making some.(For myself.) It did give me a more enjoyable game, downloading raiders5K's dots, that's why.
I just felt that they needed helmets on, that´s why I've made them.
It's next to impossible making them looking good, as the graphics are at this point in the game. There's not alot pixels to play around with.
There's no room to make them wider or bigger, as the zoomed ones are limited to be 15x15 pixels and the not zoomed ones only have 9x9 in pixels size.
You can only make them fatter, as in being circular like the original ones. You can't make them wider. In the boxes they are sitting the wrong way with their sides to the rink, which is ridiculous, but I have no clue how to change that.
If changed, it would look even more stupid as they would run around the ice with their sides to eachothers. Not facing eachother during faceoffs and soforth. I read in a forumpost, that the already modified ones available for download,
are to small.
Sorry, but nothing like that can happen as for now. Not to my knowledge anyway. I will provide some pics to show how little space is available to alter them here:
Zoomed with stripes on helmets. As you can see, no space to make them wider, they're as wide as can be.
Not zoomed. Not much pixels to play with.
Concerning colours of helmets, I'm not sure how to make them different for each team.
I'm far from being a pro in either altering the game graphics or otherwise knowing about doing graphics. I only did it because I love the game, and love to play around with it.
The reason for this post is to find out if they would be of any interest to anyone. Maybe people will throw stones at my username for making them, I don't know....
That's why I have not uploaded them for download yet.
Look at the screenshots and decide if they are worth it. I admit that the smallscreen ones are not looking good, but I always play in zoomed mode.

Maybe the devs are already developing new ones, which makes these obsolete. One can only hope...
