How can I give my players a qualifying offer?

Post by doubleox »

I recently bought EHM and I just finished the draft, but I'm having a little bit of trouble giving some players qualifying offers. This may sound like a dumb question, but how do I give players qualifying offers?

Thanks!

The way I do it is when offering a new contract, I click on the sum that is marked as necessary for the qualifying offer.

Which ruleset/database are you using? I've ran into troubles with my one game in the 2006 ruleset saying what's a qualifying offer- hoping it's an error on mine instead of in general.

If it shows when you offer a contract, as classic said, just offer that amount. You can also verify on their contract screen if it worked (if they reject it, you'll see something like (Restricted Free Agent- Qualified)
