Hello. I would like to know how to assign my coaches for training the best possible way. I heard that coach assigned to all training isn't good and you should assign each scout to 1-3 training schedules (Shooting, Tactical, Skating etc.). I also know that coaches with best coaching goalies attribute should be assigned to goaltending schedule and the same with coaching defensemen and coaching forwards.
But what I would like to know is how you know which coaches are best for coaching skating, coaching tactical and all the other schedules? I don't see attribute that would mean he is better at coaching skating and I didn't find anything in manual either.
Also how many coaches should be assigned to each schedule? For now I have two coaches training each schedule (Or whatever it is called xD) except for goaltending where I have only one coach training that (I heard that only one coach training goaltending is the way to go).
