This is the place to discuss database or roster projects for Eastside Hockey Manager. Any queries about data editing should be asked in the Data Editing Forum.
Forum rules
Data Editing Forum: Editing the game, databases or saved games. Home of the EHM Editor and the EHM Assistant.

Game Add-ons Forum: Database projects, graphics and sounds. Any discussion which does not relate to editing databases or saved games.

Game Knowledge Discussion: Attributes, coaching, drafting, scouting, tactics and training/practice.

Rosters Forum: Discussion relating to all database and roster projects for Eastside Hockey Manager.

Technical Support: Difficulties, crashes and errors when installing or running the game (and nothing else). Any issues relating to the TBL Rosters must be posted in the TBL Rosters forum. Questions about how to install add-ons must be posted in the Game Add-ons Forum.

Can I start a new jets season with the newest roster version and play that.

Then without having to change database or anything. Stop that game and reload my season 4 game with old rosters

Yes, you can.
Remember though, the MTS centre ownership was spotted after the latest release so if you want that, then you have to edit it yourself with the pre-game editor

Minor, and some amount of time to fix- 99 is not retired on teams anymore (hardcoded), so it should probably be added to the rosters.

Minor thing - retired numbers for Carolina Hurricanes in the current rosters are 3, 9, 10.

Actual retired numbers are 2, 10, 17.

3 and 9 are kind of "unofficially retired", as they are no longer used by the organization, but they have never been officially retired by the team.

Thanks. Funny thing is that I worked on the Carolina few days ago. So I already fixed all of these.
But not Carrick as he's a Righty on Eliteprospects: http://www.eliteprospects.com/player.php?player=69391 But now I see the picture of him on Eliteprospets I see that he's a lefty. :-D
The rest of the guys have now "correct" position / same as you stated.

I see you are seeking researchers for the Danish League.
Has anyone signed up yet? If not, I might be able to do some stuff when I have autumn vacation in mid-October.

I don't know enough to rate every player attribute-wise, but I can rate the most known players a bit and move everyone to the correct teams, as well as making sure the correct teams are in the leagues etc.

Just wondering when i download the roster with link will all the updates already be in the roster file

The roster updates we provide is in the form of a folder you place in your Database folder.
