I hate to break it to you but you over-did that Panthers trade. You took 3 players and a draft pick in return for Bergeron.

I just looked at it again. I pretty much did all the same trades as before, minus the draft pick from the Panthers trade.

You have the old screen up though, which is with the draft pick :)

I'm not questioning you guys or nothing, but when I click on the link to the screen shot, it's the new one. Like I said, I made all the same trades pretty much minus the draft pick from Florida and instead of taking a draft pick from St. Louis, I got Robby Fabbri.

Yeah, that's strange. I still see the old screenshot too, even after refreshing the screen. :-?

Yesterday i was exciting to the Bruins adventure, made the trades (with fans rage), drafted players and also forgot to re-sign the youngers with contract ending and then....puff error :/ Forgot to save the game

Error 1

Don't know why, but i guess my disk went crazy

Yikes! I'd make a fresh start on that. You might want to consider deleting the save that you downloaded, running a Windows disk utility, and then re-downloading the save to start over.

That second line looks interesting. If Spooner is up to the challenge, he's got some nice skilled wingers. I could've grabbed Bjugstad but I traded for him in one of the other challenges and was so frustrated with him. I avoided him like the plague!

I too avoided Bjugstad, he was OK for my Nucks but so inconsistent, drove me nuts. My PP is terrible, will completely rework it soon, removing playmakers is the first step and simplifying is the second step. On the flipside my PK is doing well.

Right now Spooner hasn't done too much. Sure he's got 3 points in 6 games and he's a +5, but he's had a 6 rating for the last 3 games. So he's sitting for a game or two. My top line is slowly starting to come together.

My PK is a huge work in progress as it is sitting at 57.1% (the lowest I've ever had my PK). I'm a little surprised at that considering how many defensive players are on this team. Sheahan has been fairly inconsistent, and I should've known better, because every time I take this guy, he always ends up on my 4th line (which is where I don't want him) and then I end up waiving him in my second season with him.

Oh well, gotta stick with it.

My PP has been pretty pitiful, running at 3.4%. A lot of it has to do with Marchand, Bjugstad, and Hayes not doing too much.

Mine started good hovering at 15% for 10 games, after that it has been all downhill, currently around 10% (30 games in). I went with having Spooner and K.Hayes as playmakers for one PP each, maybe they just aren't good enough to be good playmakers for a PP, so i will start by removing that and take it from there.

My biggest problems right now are that Mrazek and Marchand are underperforming, i'm surprised that i can't get Marchand going but i'll just tinker with his settings until he starts playing well.

For the Boston Bruins? In season 1? How did that happen? I'm in mid-August and had both the fans and the board enraged and I've got 11,918 season tickets sold. :-?
