I was just wondering if I sign coaches to my ECHL team will they be poached by teams in higher leagues?
I remember in EHM 07 they would get poached if their attributes were high.
Any help would be great.

sorry about that....I always hated that they got poached, in my view, if they signed a contract they should honor said contract
