So it's a glitch that starting unemployed means you'll never get a job? Bummer :(

I always got a job while starting on holiday and unemployed. For me it was the problem I didn't (and couldn't set it anywhere) return from holidays while I got my job offer, so it automaticly accept it and I stayed on holiday until manual return.

I don't think it is; after winning the Mestis and having good reputation in Finland, I resigned so I'd get "new challenges" (I was still the GM of Ukraine's national team). I simmed past July (when the game re-calculates things and 'season changes'), and suddenly I didn't see myself in the general manager stats section of Finland at all. Also, I couldn't get any jobs in Finland.
I then went on vacation (having set 'Apply for jobs at higher reputation teams' on), and somehow got into Dinamo Minsk. So being the GM of Ukraine saved my save, I think.

I tried to re-load the save dated 26th of June (meaning I couldn't get a job before the season changes) and going unemployed. After that I couldn't get any jobs at all.

My nationality is Estonian as 1st and Finnish as 2nd. Past experience was recent player. But I had won the finnish suomi-sarja and the mestis the next year, so that shouldn't be a reason why a suomi-sarja team wouldn't hire me.

lol Tasku!

Anyway, what i wrote was on minimum database...when i did this morning the same on normal database (means i guess also more GMs and Staff) I didnt get any offer for a season and 3 months (then i stopped siming)...hmmmm...i started now again on minimum data and if i get a job offer then database has influence on starting unemployed plus i start as minor league player (so dont have any reputation as a former player).

To be honest I am a bit surprised i got offer from EIHL and not from N2 or N1 teams :-k

Can someone write down the reputation rankings of all playable leagues in EHM 1?

EDIT: Hmmm yes i sim two times more with minimum database and i always got a job (Finish 2nd divid and Cardiff). Looks like with bigger database i dont get the jobs
