I tend to play as GM for CHL teams, and I recently tried to play as the Victoria Royals. However, they dont seem to have an affiliate team in this roster update. I checked the OHL teams, and most of them are missing affiliate teams. That really hurts the growth of players, because I cant get them playing. If this could be fixed, it would be awesome. thanks!

We removed the affiliates. They do not exist IRL.
The solution for him is loaning the players

for next roster update can you do the minor leagues under the chl because at the moment the chl drafts arnt realistic and there are a lot of good websites showing the best players in those minor leagues. for example in quebec one would just have to look at midget espoir and midget aaa and get 90% of the boys drafted. also at the end of the year they come out with the central scouting list for the chl drafts and its very easy with this list because it shows all the eligible good players for the next chl draft.

It's the lack of researchers that is the issue, not the lack of awareness of what could be done if there was the time...are you volunteering?

For example, there's no one working on the QMJHL at all, so you could take an EHM Updater staff_new file and fill it out with the midget espoir and midget aaa players you referenced (bio info and Team, plus CA/PA, Offensive/Defensive Role and Player Role)

Seems they each don't have a Birth City, and that's why they didn't end up in the Q...we'll fix that, thanks!

Seems he should be an Assistant Coach in the WHL.....when you say you have him in "your files as Scout" what are you referring to?

I'm checking _ufas from 1981 and higher and retiring when needed. Spotted him on that list active players on ufa. Changed his role to Assistant Coach. I thought he is more observer than coach but n/p, done.

Sounds good I was wondering as I was working my way through players/retiring players http://www.ehmtheblueline.com/forums/vi ... &start=175 before the work was delayed by the 98 database work...I expect to be back working on the TBL/modern database soon!
