This is not incorrect spelling. That looks in game special characters from Czech language. The same is with some polish words. It's connected to new database format and unfortunately Riz said months ago can't do anything with that. Only one solution is using normal words with special characters for example Martin Ruzicka.
well would be better than to just use Ruzicka to make it possible to find him trough finder. Because in current situation its impossible

For now we're not changing the names, it's a can of worms. Things may change, but we'll see. There are also facepacks out there...
Thank you for the wrong birth dates, they will be fixed.

Konstantin Vorshev has a -15 PA in TBL 8.2 but it appears he hasn't played the last two years! I don't see why he was ever rated a -15 PA http://www.eliteprospects.com/player.php?player=58557

Looks like a typo with a -5 and a leftover. Manimal, can you remove him?

Just curious, is there a source for KHL payroll information?

Not officially.
Btw Medvescak's budget in the DB is much higher, but the game at the startup won't use much of these money. It will eventually catchup in the future, in my save in 2022 they payroll is $5,537,000 which sounds pretty realistic, maybe a bit on the downside

So it doesn't actually say 2.5 ingame?

Why wouldn't the salaries match up close to the budget right from startup? Are the salaries and budget both done/essentially correct, and the game is not working correctly?

It was mentioned in croatian media that their budget is little above 10 milion euros, while player budget is 5 milions.

Because there are no official data on salaries, therefore most of the players have a "random" salary (based on rep I guess, with nation multiplier and for some reason Croatian teams have a little "multiplier").
Hope I am clear.

I just started a new game to check the situation, I have a player budget of $5,000,000 and the current team payroll is $3,334,000
Both numbers may be a little on the lowside, but they seem quite realistic to me.

I'm surprised this is the case, as I thought it was common knowledge that increased Club Budget does not work unless the salaries total close to the amount.....

I'm surprised the KHL teams don't have salaries ingame.....I understand they're not public, I just don't understand why they haven't been manually entered (using researcher judgment)

The game has club budgets, and the game has salaries.....it seems you could just use common sense and basic math - divide the total Player Budget (or just under) by the amount of salaried players the team typically has - this will give you an "average salary amount"
  • Your top players (1st liners - 1st pairing D - top G) are usually going to make more than your average, some substantially more...
  • Your average players (2nd/3rd liners - 2nd pairing D - regular G) are going to make close to the average, sometimes a bit more/less, rarely much more/less
  • Your below average players (4th/5th liners - 3rd/4th pairing - backup goalies) should almost always make less than the average, sometimes substantially less
The game is often not the best at inputting data "from scratch" but does seem to do well if given reasonable/correct guidelines and ranges based on researcher entry...like Player Role and Offensive/Defensive Role, I don't think it's best that player salaries should be left as "0" for elite/playable leagues

Thoughts? :-)

Seems reasonable/working, I agree.....

I wonder if the ability for NA teams to "to easily" sign European/Russian stars away connects to the "0" salary amounts?
Or maybe this isn't as big an issue as I sometimes read? maybe to many players aren't being signed away?
