I actually own an original-era Panthers jersey I got super-cheap when they were trying to clear them out of inventory some years ago. I always liked the sweater and the original logo.
That's not a bad new logo though.

This logo has a European soccer feel to me.

Football club logos are usually more complicated, though. Still, the shape is similar to some of them, e.g. Arsenal.

I think it looks less "childish" than their current one. It looks classy.

I don't know why. But I think all of the "new" logos teams create have been uglier than their previous ones. For most of the teams anyway. Phoenix new Coyote was better though than the original one.

This is not even worth a comment...

Never thought I would say this one day but....thank god the Leafs got the 1st pick. I'm so glad Edmonton picks 4th.

The Blackhawks get eliminated in the 1st round and Edmonton picks 4th? What kind of sorcery is this?!

The Sharks are looking good right now. Pavelski seems to be the leader that the team missed for so many years.

Now that the Flyers are eliminated, I'm rooting for Thornton to get the Stanley

The Sharks seem very poised this year... I have a feeling they might go all the way.
However, I'm rooting for the Capitals, which, for my surprise, didn't make it very hard for Pit in game 2. Their PP in particular was way off

Hartley fired by Calgary. I'm a bit surprised by that since they played on top of their head 1 year ago.

With those young forwards you can't really expect better.

Yes. That's what makes that move even more weird to me. He did pretty good with what he had.

Yeah he is and I'm sure he'll do very well in the NHL, with Soshnikov and Zaitsev (and Komarov) the Leafs will have some good Russian style

So the Yotes have a new GM! Even though it's a bit unusual that doesn't mean the kid doesn't have the maturity needed. I wish the best for him.

It sounds like something out of an EHM story blog here at TBL.
