How to control all the team in the game ?

I want to made my roster, so i want to know how to made it ?

Can i just take the control of all the team in the game like in FHM ?

Or i need an program outside of the game ?

I'm not sure what you mean...if you mean editing there are a few options FYI - all of the editors are volunteer contributions/there is currently no "official" editor

You create a GM ingame for each team you want to control, and then switch between them ingame; you can control a maximum of 30 GMs
