I recently started a game as an unemployed 28-year old American with rec. level experience. In April of my first season I landed a job with Team Lithuania. I've been applying to every job because every one that has popped up so far seems to be a step up, but now Norway's U20 GM has been fired and I've applied for that one too. They haven't made a decision yet, but if the job is offered to me, how do I know if it would be a step up or a step down? Norway is definitely better than Lithuania, but would the fact that I would be going from a country's top national team to a country's junior team be considered a downgrade? I'm sure I will run into this conundrum many times, so is there somewhere in the game where a league's reputation is visible?
Thanks!

Go to the league's main page (to find a specific league, go to World -> Leagues). Then click on Information.

Re: How to Know League Reputation
Awesome, thanks! Looks like the league reputations are international, continental, national, and local. Right now I have Lithuania playing in Division 1B of the World Championships, which has a reputation of national, and Norway U20 is playing in D1 of the World Juniors, which has a reputation of local. Knowing this now, it seems as though leaving the Lithuania job for the Norway U20 job would be a downgrade. Thanks!Tasku wrote:Go to the league's main page (to find a specific league, go to World -> Leagues). Then click on Information.
