Hi, I would like to know how i can add a players for a draft like the NHL Draft
and how I can boost his reputation to put him as a 1st round pick instead of 3-4th round

You could use the Pre-Game Editor or EHM Editor to create the new player you want. There are three Reputation settings which you can set for a player via these editors.
