Running out of players in QMJHL draft

Was just wondering if this happened to anyone else. First year in the QMJHL the draft was fine, went on until the end. Second off-season though, the draft ended in the middle of the 9th round as there were no more players available to be drafted. Weird! I had picks up until the 14th round and the thing just ended out of the blue.

Yes, that happens.
You need to allow the game to add more players at start up. Then the game creates more players
