Go through with transfer greyed out

All of a sudden in my newly started game the "respond" button when accept a signing of a player is greyed out. Just the day before(ingame)it worked fine. This happens now on both players and non-players. Anyone knows why?

Hmmm...I would think if no one was able to sign players/staff for the last 6 IRL weeks there'd be more users posting about it :dunno:

Are you over the Team Budget? Maybe the Chairman's not allowing you to sign anyone because you're over the allotted funds for signings?

Im pretty sure i wasnt, doesnt have the save right now, but i checked around for something out of order and i dont think there was any money problem at least.
