Hey guys, I just recently discovered EHM, and I'm loving every minute of it. I still can't believe this thing exists. I've been searching the forums for the last couple/few hours, but I can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for. Just a lot of general info, or bits and pieces of somewhat related details, that has left me a little confused. There's three parts to this:
I want to create a custom NHL team (name, city, logo) that will replace an existing one (probably Carolina or Buffalo). I will keep it in the same division, as to make things easier on that front. Do I just make the existing team defunct, and then create the new team and assign it to the same division?
As far as players, I did a "mock" expansion draft on the TSN website, and plan on assembling my team using those players. So can I just move them all from their existing teams to my new team, and then make all the players from the defunct team free agents?
The other thing is importing custom logos. I think I understand how the folders and sub-folders system is set up, as well as the different files, but what exactly do I name the files, since I created the custom team name? Do I just name them the same as the team and then the game recognizes them?
Maybe its also worth asking - is this whole plan fairly "standard" stuff? Or would I be better off just renaming an existing NHL team, and going from there?
Thank you so much guys for any info you can provide. It is greatly appreciated.

Re: Custom team and logo
The easiest thing would be to rename an existing NHL team. Creating a new team and adding them to a league is fairly complex. You can use the Editor to make your changes: http://www.ehmtheblueline.com/forums/vi ... 48&t=16014
