Problem when activating mod

When I try activating the mod, in downloads the game says that the mod needs upgrade, so i can not use the mod. can any body help to fix this.

Please could you post a screenshot of the error message? I'm not really clear what the error message is or when you're getting it.

Your link is not working. Could you use something like Flickr or another image host?

All I can suggest is trying unsubscribe, restart Steam and then re-subscribe.

I have already tried it few times but it seems to not help.
