I'm in 2028 with the New York Islanders and my game has started giving the following error:
This started a few in-game months ago, the same error would pop up every once in a while and I'd close the game and reload but then I realized I can bypass it by hitting "OK" about a hundred times but now I keep getting it every other turn so the save is virtually unplayable. Has anyone else ever had this or know a fix or is the save doomed?
Try loading your saved game in my EHM Editor. If a bunch of roster errors come up then it may indicate that too many players or staff are assigned to a team.
I suggest uploaded your saved game to the SI Forums so that Riz can take a look at any possible fix in the game.
I haven't used the editor that much so I'm not sure what to look for exactly but I loaded the save and it's not showing any errors. Says "Roster status: ok", too.
I tried to upload the save to the FTP but I was unable to access it via either FileZilla or Windows Explorer.
Didn't seem to work. Removed him from the team in the editor, his Roster status went to "OK" and the editor didn't complain about a roster error anymore but the same error message pops up nevertheless. Guess that's it for the save then
