Scouting Issues
I have not really played the game in months but I want to get back into it, however last time I played I had an issue where after about 3 seasons a lot of the good scouts retired which left so many mediocre ones that had poor judging of current and potential talent of young players. Kinda made the whole point of scouting less effective in my eyes thus the game is less fun for me. Is this still the case? Can anyone confirm that many seasons into their save there are still plenty of good scouts around?

I dunno in my Pens save I'm in 2026 I think and never had any problems finding good scouts and in my Habs save I'm in 2023 or so and my scout team is very talented.

I think it also depends on the database size you picked at the very beginning of your league/savegame. The larger the database the more staffies will be in it and the more staffies get created from time to time. Maybe that helps.
