Very excited that a new season starts!!

Seeing it that way you're kinda right but I still thought the NHL would give him less.
He did really great, had smart plays. For a first NHL game really good! I'm a bit afraid he'll be like Mikeal Granlund as a Center man. High hockey IQ but too small to be a C.
Philly has done some very good drafts the past few years. They have a very bright future! I can assure that. And with Carter Hart, possible the best Goalie prospect in the world right now.ClassicSwarley wrote: ↑Fri Oct 05, 2018 8:06 amVery happy to see the Flyers start the season off with a solid win in Vegas, the offensive potential that this team has gives me hope for the future
I maybe wouldn't call him the best goalie prospect in the world but he definitely has the potential to become one of the best goalies in the league. I hope we can rely on Elliott a bit more this season so as to not rush Hart into the league and let him properly develop, as that's also the way Hextall wants to do it.
No, he's not that small. But "weak" might be the right word. And his foot speed is not the best either. Which reminds me of Granlund also. But that's something you can easily work on.Kotkaniemi is not THAT small. He's 6'1 and already weights 185 pounds I think. He can get to 200 easily in 1 or 2 years.
This truly sums it all up. CHI is in the position they are now because of Bowman, not much Quenneville could do about that. Bowman should have been fired some time ago. CHI mortgaged so much of their future for so long... and that's on Bowman.
