I'm trying to change few things in the EHM07 game, and I'm trying to change the ratings of the nations, national teams, and ratings of the leagues.
My question is: does it have any effect on the game at all? Like, does the ratings effect how many players from said countries get generated and stuff like that? Or is changing that has zero effect at all?
Because for instance, when I decided to give Brazil a higher rating, I noticed it only takes them less than two years to suddenly be at the World Division I groups. So, how does changing the ratings actually effects the game?
(I know that giving higher ratings to leagues makes players easier for the team in those leagues to purchase.)
