Can't sack my Head Coach

Hi guys, hopefully I'm in the right forum this time for this. In the last couple of games I've started up I've come across situations where a member of my personnel has been listed as GM/Head Coach and if I try to terminate their contract, they will be "released" and show as a free agent but they will also stay with my team meaning I can't hire a replacement Head Coach. There was a team in the AHL (San Antonio I think) and then the Fife Flyers in the EIHL have the same issue. Is there a fix/reason for this at all? Thanks

Take screenshots and then forward them and the save game files as a bug. On a team you're in control of the only person who should be a GM/Head Coach is you.

Something like this happened to me in a QJMHL game, where the GM was also the coach. Problem was the non-player stayed as GM and coach even if I released him. Later in the game, he signed as a GM for another Q team, but was still the GM in my personnel thread. Purely esthetic, but when I won the GM of the year award, it was the Name of the non-human GM who was shown.

Maybe you've been demoted to Zamboni driver and you're not a general manager anymore?

How did you release anyone if you weren't the GM?

There was two entry in the personnel screen : Me as a GM and the other guy as GM, so I was having all the control of a gm

Did this issue get anymore feedback? Im having a similar problem in my uk league game, my assistant gm isn't contracted to my team but still acts as mt ass gm and head coach! I even tried taking control of a separate team with a new player to sign him to clear his name from my "actual" team, but even after doing that he remains on my personnel staff list and fills a coach position too, with terrible coaching stats........ any help??
