Faces not showing up in game despite being in facepack

I put a face in my facepack (just as a meme) but it's frustrating me cause it's not showing up and I'd like to know what's wrong with it for future references when I want to add more faces to the game. Can anyone help me with this? it's within the 200x200 dimensions and is the same file type, same name format but still doesn't work D:

There may be a mistake in the naming inside the facepack, comparing to roster.
As example, I recently found Anatoly_Golyshev_14_2_1995 instead of Anatoli_Golyshev_14_2_1995
Sometimes it is just a small mistake like interverting 2 letters.

You can fix it manually in your own folder

sorry for posting in this post... Just since it already had to do with facepack i thought i would just post in here instead of creating another facepack thread. my question is it's been 3-4 years since i have played ehm.. I know there is a emhm directory for database and such was it graphics i had to create and then put the face packs and logos and everything in there it's been a while and i cannot remember
