FHM 6 - Player Pictures not working

I got an issue, that I can't get player pictures I put into the global photos folder working automatically. I have to manually add every picture via the ingame player profile.

Any idea how to fix that? Am I doing something wrong? Because I really don't want to add 600+ player pictures manually to my game!

try to put pictures into
*FHM6 folder*\data\saved_games\*your save name*\graphics\player_pics\

also check pictures resolution, it should be 170x154
