Can you explain how it would make NA junior more accurate? I can then pass this to Riz.
Right now in the game it allows a team to sign as many 16 year olds (underagers) as the team wishes, however only dress 4 (2 by default in game, but 4 IRL). If you limit the amount a team can sign it will prevent the team from having underagers on the roster, but not playing therefore hurting there development. Hockey Canada limits 2 'underagers' per team (Jr.A/B) and the CHL 4 with none allowed in Jr.C... This allows players to develop in Midget AAA. I believe it is similar in the NAHL/USHL.
Hope that helps.
Let Riz know he can reach out regarding North American junior leagues and I would gladly help with more information.

Apparently the game already treats the dressed limit as a max contracted limit for the purposes of the AI managers (but this does not affect human GMs). So the AI managers shouldn't be signing beyond the max dressed limit anyway. If there is a particular scenario where this is not working then would you mind uploading a copy of a saved game from just before such a signing (i.e. where contracted count goes over the max dressed limit) by the AI? If you upload it via SI's Cloud Service and let me know then I'll flag with Riz.

It doesn't work with the CJHL leagues when I started a game, and selected 'add players to playable leagues' and 'add extra junior players'... I haven't done a long term sim to test it more than that.
