Any error message displayed: No
Leagues selected as Enhanced: NHL, AHL, ECHL
Leagues selected as View Only: Top leagues in most countries, Jr A leagues in Canada and all college leagues in US
Add key staff (yes/no):no
Disable all extra staff (yes/no):yes
Add players to playable leagues (yes/no):no
Add extra junior players (yes/no):no
Add players to national team pools (yes/no):no
Retail all teams (yes/no): yes, I think?

Could be the same issue with too many leagues, anything late Jan/early Feb seems to be related to that too many Transfer Rules loaded into the DB issue.

ok so after having the 24th Jan 2020 crash, now i can't start a game anymore with either TBL or Premier Pivot (crash after initializing the shortlists)

Try restarting the computer, sometimes when a crash happens EHM doesn't clear itself completely out of memory.

My game crashes on DEC 12 2020. Can't get around it. I've been trying with several different saves. This is the latest set up i used.

Database name and version number: 2020-2021 premier pivot 5.1 EHM 1.4.1
In-game date of crash: 12 dec.
Any error message displayed: No, just closes down.
Leagues selected as Enhanced: Only NHL.
Leagues selected as View Only: All but NHL.

That's a known bug. You have too many league selected, and the game can't manage it !

Is there a way to deselect leagues as "View Only" so that the game doesn't crash? I've tried everything to get past March 12, 2020 but get an error message related to the Swedish J20 Nationell league. I would assume if I can deselect this league, I'll be able to get past this date without it crashing every time I try and save. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

SO I'm a big fan of Junior leagues... SO i started my save as unemployeed and i applied for some Junior A jobs since those leagues seem to be playable in EHM or so i thought... Once I got to September 16th, I got 2 GM jobs... One was for Norway, Slovania and Belarus U20 because i wanted to be a international GM but i had not accepted those yet. The GM job that I did accept was for Mississauga Chargers OJHL. Soon as i clicked accept the game crashed...

Edit: Strange that I went to go do the same thing with a few less leagues and auto simed and it worked.. so must of been because of the amount of leagues I had loaded

Update: So the crash happen again with less leagues... It turns out if I go for a Mississauga Chargers GM it crashes i have not tried other leagues.

I cannot start a new game. Every time I try to advance past the first day the game crashes. I have used the recommended settings described in the Steam Workshop description. Only two leagues are set as Enhanced (NHL and AHL). I have tried uninstalling all other workshop items, uninstalling, and re-installing, removing the extra_config file. All results in the game crashing for me. Here is my save:

EDIT: I'm running Windows 10 and I was able to fix the issue by going to the game folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Eastside Hockey Manager), right clicking ehm.exe, clicking the Compatibility tab, and running the program compatibility mode for Windows 7.

I have exactly same problem. Tried now probably with 4 saves, and can't get past the DEC 12 on 2020. What should I do?

So I have not been able to play this game for a long time and today I thought now it should be tried again.
But I can't still not get pass the first day in game!

My game is only crashing when I select "Offer New Contract" to one specific player on my team, other players are seemingly unaffected. I've tried six times in a row and had identical results, even after moving forward a couple days and trying again.

If you go to the Russian MHL click on leagues - rules. Once you click on RULES the game will just close each time.
