I tried to add Hong Kong,Chinese and Irish league into the Game.
CRASHED AS IT FINISHED LOAD DATABASE

I can't support custom modifications to the database like this, please open a new topic for support or reach out to me directly on Steam/Discord if these are leagues you would like to have as playable, I am happy to add them in.

https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/my-drive and all I have did is gave Seattle Kraken https://www.recruitscouting.com/top-nhl ... -for-2021/ and their are unsigned the Guys for the Kraken and would like Seattle Kraken NHL Roster to be empty but still get Error starting a new Game and did unscribe and rescribe. It does work with me doing changes to Roster.

Pushed a small patch this morning fixing the NHL club budgets to match the new salary cap, this includes Seattle as well.

I will be updating the database to 1.5 ready shortly. Please make sure you opt into the public beta, I WILL NO LONGER BE SUPPORTING A 1.4.1 DATABASE!

Getting reports of crashing on 6/25/2021. I'm investigating.

Edit: This seems sporadic, it's happening on 5.6, 5.6.1 and older test DBs of mine, some reports 5.5 is working so I'm going to assume it's a game issue and less so with the DB, nothing foundationally changed between 5.5 and 5.6 really just player/staff transfers, additions and retirements.

Really it's your call at this point, the 1.5 code removes some of the limitations, when I was testing I was doing full + about 20ish leagues + retaining all players/staff from 10 nations. Keep in mind more leagues selected + database size + detail level = sim speed.

I started a new game with the 1.5 beta and with the roster for 1.5 with Seattle.

When 1st of november came Brock Boeser became the rookie of the month...
Seems a little strange since he already have 3 full seasons with Vancouver.

Many players that are wrong is rookies:
Jake Virtanen - Vancouver
Dominik Kahun - Edmonton

Yea we know the rookie calculation is broken in the beta, not sure what happened as that was fixed a while ago when we first started testing.

I found and fixed the crashing issue, I had to remove the Champions Hockey League and CCup league structures as they need to be redone as 1.5 changes the way they operate.

I got rid of both but still crashing issue going on maybe it's a league rule I changed like in Drafts all types available have Extinct unchecked among others.

1.5 did break Assistant as the way the game loads into memory changed (which is how the program works). We have been trying to contact the developer for a while.

That was a long time issue in 1.4.1, we believe it was related to national team staff not getting hired, it oddly enough only seemed to happen for Team Canada, regardless if we assigned national team contracts for GMs in the DB itself. I'd say let me know if it happens still on 1.5 then we can open a bug request.

v5.6.2 of Pivot released, includes a few fixes:

1) Added Matthew Savoie back into the DB
2) Released Tony DeAngelo to FA and put him "on leave" for 10 months, and added/updated NYR cap penalties
3) Updated PG players to use new PA ranges (we had been using this sheet during beta testing)

TBL will be updated as well.

PSA: I've decided I am done with updates for the 2020-21 season, what has been posted for TBL/Pivot are considered final releases and I'll update the titles.

We are just too deep into European FA at this point and I have a lot of league work to do ahead of me. Thanks as always for the amazing support in a challenging year, this community is the absolute best. I am absolutely delighted we were able to get 1.5 out the door!

There's newgens from Greece, Colombia, Armenia and other countries not known for their hockey players. There must be something wrong with that, no?

It seems like I'm unable to PM you here... The only time I encountered these non-hockey nationalities was with the US NTDP U17 team, no other team in that division or any other U17 team from USHL have this problem as I can see.

Nope. I followed the recommended settings (disable all extra staff and players, retain all teams), no extra prospects or national team players.

Oh U17! I just checked and the UIDs for both the U17 and U18 clubs were incorrect in the transfer rules. Fixed for v6.

I don't plan on pushing another patch until next season but you won't be able to fix that save (I don't think even with assistant). I'm happy to tell you how to fix it via Steam or DIscord if you want to fix it in your downloaded DB.

Looks like I likely will be pushing a patch, I got the CHL straightened out and I believe we have identified the issue with rookies in the NHL to an issue with the Editor. Once we can get those things fixed I'll push one more patch and include this in it.
