New Draft Class Question
So i used the 2006-2007 Database however made some changes such as adding 36 NHL/AHL/ECHL. Then I added more QMJHL to give 22 teams and same with OHL. My question is that means 330 draft players for OHL draft. My question is If I am in my current save the WHL for 2008 draft has 19 players while OHL draft is only 140 players as of July 9th 2008. Do the new draft classes get added on October 1st when ISS announce the rankings? or do i need to start the file over and find a way for more prospects to be created for each draft random generated.
