i'll try to be clear with my question

when you try to sign someone in echl or elsewhere where its small amount. you would want a guy at 20k instead of the player demand thats 22k , but when in the option to change the amount the 20k wouldnt be there and you could only go 21 or 19 .

with contract if you could save a little you would do it but dropping too much could make it harder to sign the player.

so theres no way to have like a custom amount when offering a contract ?
