Help with my project!

Post by danno »

Hey all EHM fans, I'd like to do.. I dont know how to say it...Bah, you all know how the "TBL NHLplayers pictures" look?
As you can download here on the site. I want to do that on the Swedish Elitserien players, but the big problem is! I don't know how you do, which programs you need or such. I would be very glad för any kind of help!

Thanks in advance, Danno.

Those "TBL NHL players pictures" are usually called "facepacks" :p

I'm not a specialist on those matters, but i know you can find a lot of informations here and there in the existing graphic forums. And other users who know that part better than me will help you a lot ;)

For the programs, i think Photoshop is the most use, but you can also use freeware GIMP.

Oh! And by the way: welcome to TBL! =D>

PhotoShop would be your best bet. As Shadd said, GIMP is an alternative.

You'll also need the TBL cardfaces template: http://www.ehmtheblueline.com/forums/dl ... ile_id=244

Allthough I could open the templates with GIMP and change the pictures etc., I never found out how to change the name text :(

It is probably possible though.

I really don't mean this in a bad way, but if you have absolutely no experience with graphics programs, then it will be almost impossible to help you through writing. If people where there with you at the computer it could be done, but my experience is, that it is almost impossible to explain things that are a bit complex through msn, email etc.
