Wow, talk about a bargain! The Capitals have aquired Jeff Friesen from the New Jersey Devils for a conditional pick

The Devils had to make a move because they are over their cap limit

plus the capitals b4 this move were only at $17million they HAVE TO spend the cap floor which is 23milion

I think you can add about four million to that for half of Jagr's salary from memory. I thought they were mid-20s after Freisen
