Uploading images to your blog?

Hi, I think this question is probably in the wrong spot, but it's been a VERY long day, so bare with me.

Anyways, I tried to upload an image from my hard drive to the EHM blog that I've created and finally decided to work on, but it said something such as "General error. Image uploading disabled."

Please help?

First you have to upload the file to an image hosting site... right? I have nothing wrong with this, just trying to make sure.

Image uploading has been disabled in order to ensure that the site remains secure and is not hacked again. Instead you need to use an image hosting site such as ImageShack and then you can insert the image in your blog using the [img] [/img] bbcode tags.

How do you get the images to appear as full size (such as http://www.ehmtheblueline.com/forums/weblog.php?w=83) as opposed to thumbnail links (such as http://www.ehmtheblueline.com/forums/weblog.php?w=93)?
