With the TBL Salary Cap set to $36 Million US, and the new Roster and Trade Regulations, can you return the Hawks to glory? Can you help them make the playoffs? This should make for one of the most interesting challenges at TBL ever.
Please do not be afraid to ask questions. With the new rules, TBL's admins and moderators want to answer even what may seem the silliest of questions. The more participants, the more excitement.
