relocation

does anyone know if teams acually re-locate because i have had news on new ownership taking over on random teams, so i wondered if the owners will acually move them?

No they don't - SI said that it's too complicated to program relocations.
All the news item means is that someone new has become the owner of the team - they'll probably pay off debts or add money to the tranfer and/or wage funds.

OTTP has League Evoulation that's what this Game needs.
Would like to see Minor League Team Contract with NHL Team.
Historical Players in like 2015 Draft.
I plan on making Best of Blues team and maybe Drafted by Teams.
