NHL Roster Update: Beta v0.2

Many thanks to everyone that has reported mistakes and omissions. Please keep them coming!

New to this version:
* Rosters up-to-date as of 6th September 2007;
* Contracts up-to-date as of 6th September 2007 (note: there's a typo in the readme file included with the rosters that says they're up-to-date as of 6th August - this is wrong, they're actually correct as of 6th September);
* Added a number of NHL Assistant GMs that are not in the EHM database (a total of five people);
* Included most, if not all, NHL uniform colour changes.

The project now involves keeping the rosters up-to-date until the first NHL game of the season (29th September) as well as correcting any mistakes. We've decided to hold-off updating the affiliate changes for the time being. We might include them after the release of version 1.0.

This will be the final beta version to be released. The next version will be version 1.0, to be released after 29th September.
