I wasn't able to use that feature either, so I hosted the pics on my own webserver. I've seen others use photobucket.

I am not able to get pictures of any kind in to my blog. Or at least I can't do it. So... where is the guide, where are the hints and tips

?

P.S. I won't do any photobucket thing. I have enough places to register and sign in already.

Now I got the screenies in the blog the way I wanted, but I had to do the photobucket thing

IIRC, the feature that allowed you to insert pictures into your blog without first hosting them somewhere (either something like photobucket or your image gallery here) was taken out. We had a problem a while back because hackers were able to use that as a way to hack the site. I might be remembering wrong but I think that was the case.

Either way, photobucket is free and it saves TBL bandwidth.

I noticed I wasn't able to download the pictures straight from my computer. Then I tried to download them from my own website, then I tried to make a link there. Then I tried Image Shack and the size (and form) of pictures was horrible. I really can't remember did I try Image Venue, but then I got really tired and went to bed. Today I started all over and turned to Photobucket. I just wouldn't have wanted to do that 'cause there is already far too many sites where I have signed myself in and I'm soo confused with all the passwords and user names.

Blog updated until end of June 2008. So you'll know who is the new Champ, who get the individual trophies, and who has been picked at the draft!

Next update will be interesting too, with a detailed coverage of the free agency market, and there have been many big moves around the league!

It seems that i'm the only challenger to blog actually

July and August are up, with the main names of the free agency market, some retirements, a few trades here and there, and some management work to re-sign some players. I started July with 22 players to re-sign (ie becoming FAs at the end of the non-started season)!

Now there are far less numerous, and i managed to sign some nice extensions

That's it! My blog is up-to-date now!

The latest update covers September 2008, with the training camp, the exhibition games, the first steps of Hossa and Price as Blackhawks, the results of what our players did at the World Cup, a battle between 3 young defensemen for just one spot in the lineup, some deals, with a core guy being shipped out. And who knows, maybe i finally found a way to deal Havlat away... Maybe not...

October 2008 is blogged, with some interesting content (well, at least, i hope so

). I finally found a way to ship out Havlat, someone in the defense is also gone (who?

), there's a new arrival in defense, the arrival of a well-known prospect (although he is less impressive in EHM than in real life), the first steps of Marian Hossa as a Blackhawk, the first steps of Carey Price as a NHLer, a big signing for the Oilers, a big injury for the Islanders, and new feature in the blog.

I just added an update for games 41-60 of season 4 of my challenge team.

Just curious, what do people think of my new shorter blogs? I'm getting away from recapping each game and focusing more on talking about the state of the team and what's going on at the time. I'd love some feedback. If you have some, post it in the blog feedback area. Thanks!
